01Sound familiar?

You're probably here for one of these six reasons

Nobody wakes up wanting to buy software development. Find the situation that looks like yours, and the service that resolves it.

  • The business runs on a spreadsheet only one person understands

It works until they take leave. We turn that spreadsheet into a system with permissions, an audit trail and a backup, usually without changing how your team works day to day.

  • The developer who built our core system is gone

We take over software other people wrote, including systems with no documentation and no original author. First we make it safe: verified backups, monitoring, automated deploys. Then we improve it.

  • Staff spend hours retyping data between systems

Almost always solvable, and usually the fastest payback available to you. Data should be entered once and correct everywhere it appears.

  • The board wants an AI strategy and nobody knows where to start

We rank your processes by hours saved against implementation risk, and we'll tell you which ones AI should not touch. Ordinary code beats a language model for most tasks.

  • We have roadmap we can't hire fast enough to build

Senior nearshore engineers embedded in your team within weeks instead of quarters. You interview every candidate and hold veto.

  • It worked at 100 users and is falling over at 10,000

Usually a handful of unindexed queries and some over-provisioned infrastructure rather than a rewrite. We find out which before anyone proposes replacing anything.

02AI, done properly

Most AI projects fail for reasons that have nothing to do with the model

We build production AI (retrieval over your own data, document extraction, workflow automation) and we start by telling you which of your processes it shouldn't touch.

The two-week assessment stands on its own. Several clients have taken it and correctly decided not to build anything yet.

  • 01

The model is the easy part

Calling an LLM is a few lines of code. The engineering is the data going in, the validation coming out, the 5% of cases that go sideways, and keeping cost predictable.

  • 02

We'll tell you when not to use it

Well-defined rules, exact calculations and anything needing auditable determinism should be ordinary code. AI earns its place on messy documents and judgement-heavy triage.

  • 03

    Measured against a baseline

Before launch we record how long the process takes today and how often it's wrong. Without that number, nobody can tell whether the AI helped.

  • 04

    Human-in-the-loop by default

For anything consequential, a person approves before it takes effect. We design the review interface as carefully as the model integration.

03Capabilities

The stack your system already runs on

Everything here is something we can staff to a senior level today, not everything anyone has once touched. If your system runs on something that isn't listed, ask; we'll tell you straight whether we're the right team for it.

05Why nearshore

You're choosing between three delivery models, not three vendors

Here's the comparison as we'd give it to you on a call, including the two rows we lose. If the cheapest hourly rate is the deciding factor, far offshore wins and we'd rather you knew that now.

06How we work

You should know what the first 30 days look like before you sign anything

Almost nobody in this industry publishes their process. We do, in detail, because the fastest way to earn a serious buyer's confidence is to remove the uncertainty they're actually worried about.

  1. First call

    30 minutes

Establish whether there is a real fit, quickly, in both directions.

  2. Discovery

    1–3 weeks · fixed price

Convert an ambiguous problem into a scope, an architecture and a number you can rely on.

  3. Foundation

    Weeks 1–2 of the build

Stand up everything needed to ship safely, before feature work starts.

  4. Build

Shippable increment every 2 weeks · typically 6–16 weeks total

Ship working software continuously, with no surprises about status.

  5. Launch

    1–2 weeks

Go live without drama, with a tested way back.

  6. Run

    Ongoing · monthly

Keep it healthy and keep improving it, or hand it over cleanly.

  • Codelogic Software Solutions LLC, a Florida company. Your agreement, invoices and liability sit with a US entity under US law, even though the engineers delivering the work are across Latin America. That distinction matters for procurement, insurance and enforcement.
